The fashion flock has migrated to Paris for a jam-packed final round of Fall 2019 shows,
and everyone was happy to start the week on a sunny, blissfully warm note. The spring-like weather gave showgoers a chance to ditch their heavy layers—and show off some excellent street style, of course. Phil Oh will be documenting what everyone wears all week long, from the crowds at Hedi Slimane’s second Celine ready-to-wear show to Chanel’s tribute to Karl Lagerfeld and several big debuts, including Louise Trotter at Lacoste, Bruno Sialelli at Lanvin, and Rushemy Botter and Lisi Herrebrugh at Nina Ricci. Fingers crossed a few Oscar-winning celebs (ahem, Lady Gaga) show up, too. Scroll through Oh’s latest photos here, and check back all week for his daily updates.
And just like that, we’re onto city number three of the Fall 2019season. Or, as they’d say in Milan, city numero tre. After a one-off season in Paris, Gucci was back in its usual time slot and kicked off the week with a wild, mind-bending show complete with spiked masks and lots of faux fur. The schedule is lined with other heavy hitters like Prada, Versace, and Moncler, but this will also be an exciting week for new additions, like Marco Zanini’s eponymous line. Suffice it to say, the street style will be fascinatingly diverse. The best way to keep track of it is with Phil Oh’s photos, here. He’s on the ground shooting all of the best looks outside Milan shows large and small; scroll through his latest coverage below, and check back all week for his daily updates before he follows the fashion flock to Paris.
