All eyes are on the Venice film festival right now, as stars head to Italy for the 78th edition of the international event.

 Penelope Cruz kicked off proceedings on 1 September in a classic Chanel ensemble, while we’ve already seen red carpet appearances from the likes of Kirsten Dunst, Cynthia Erivo and Nomadland director Chloe Zhao, who made history when she became the first woman of color to win Best Director of the Oscars in may.

With the likes of Spencer and Dune making their premier this year. we've also been treated to appearances from Kristen Stewart in Chanel and Zendaya in Valentino, as well as Timothée Chalamet in another pink suit by Stella McCartney. Here, we round up the best looks on the red carpet so far.
